Susan Carter: Virginia, United States; I started my weight loss journey 10 years ago. I tried many diets, but none of them worked. In 2011 I found out about Ideal Protein. This diet works, if you stay 100% on protocol. Unfortunately I have not been that person. I started off at 275 pounds in 2011. Currently I weigh 182 pounds (December 2014). My goal is 135 pounds. I am focused now and I really am working hard to reach my goal. I started this blog to share my recipes as well as my mistakes. I have learned so much through this journey and although I am far from being an expert, I have been through it all.
